Every person has equal moral worth and may never be reduced to a resource.

No one is illegal on Earth
A person is never an administrative error. Law may govern movement, but it must never erase dignity or turn origin into a measure of human value.

Animals are not property
Power creates duties toward the living. Human capability is not a licence for cruelty. Care begins where domination ends.

No authority may demand one worldview or punish peaceful doubt.

Shared rights protect, rather than erase, languages, beliefs and local memory.

Culture connects
Shared creation turns strangers into neighbours. Song, craft and story carry memory without building walls around it.

Equal starting conditions

At 18, everyone receives an individual package of housing, healthcare, education and starter resources.

Basic housing

The family housing standard grows with each child; at 18, the child receives an individual right of use.

Cities can feel human
Build cities in which life can unfold. Streets, housing and transport should help people meet, move, breathe and belong.

Education

Learning throughout life must be genuinely reachable regardless of family wealth.

Healthcare

Necessary care is part of human security and cannot depend on inherited status.

Work and creation

People may build, earn, invent and enjoy the results of responsible work.

The economy should serve life
Markets serve people best when power stays dispersed. Free exchange and private initiative need clear rules that protect choice, honest competition and human dignity.

Private life

A common civilization does not grant institutions ownership of personal life.

Data protection

Collect the minimum, explain the purpose, limit retention and enable deletion.

Power is not inherited

No family may pass governing authority to descendants as property.

Property and money are not inherited

Assets return to society after a sole owner dies, or after the surviving spouse dies for marital property.

Privilege is not inherited
Respect is earned; privilege is not. Human worth does not come from a family name. Influence must follow contribution, responsibility and public trust.

Land is a common foundation

Land is governed as the finite basis of life while improvements may have private use.

Open decisions

Rules, evidence, conflicts and reasons must be inspectable unless privacy requires protection.

No single model, company or state receives a monopoly on analysis.

A reasoned minority position remains in the record for later review.

Any consequential decision needs an understandable path to challenge and correction.

Change is voluntary, lawful, gradual and permanently open to criticism.
