Any person or group can publish a proposal.
Its scope, purpose, evidence and expected consequences must be clear and testable.
MATERRA · an open international project about humanity’s future
MATERRA explores a peaceful social model in which every person receives a dignified start, power remains accountable to people, and nature and essential resources are protected for future generations.
This is not a finished doctrine. The proposals are open to public discussion, criticism, calculation and gradual testing.
Do not watch from the sidelines
Start with your strength: grasp the idea, test it against evidence or expose a weak point.

Why a new conversation is necessary
The present order demands endless accumulation on a finite planet and is destroying the conditions of life.
Wars, climate, epidemics, markets and technology cross borders while wealth and power concentrate.
For centuries, great fortunes grew not only through work and invention, but through war, land seizure, coercion, deception and access to power.

The first measure of every decision
No political abstraction is more valuable than the living people made to bear its cost.
Peaceinstead of domination.
Startwithout humiliation or inherited power.
Earthas a shared home, not disposable material.
Powervisible, testable and accountable.
Technologyserving people without replacing them.
Economyfree within the limits of a living planet.

Not charity. Dignity.
Birthplace and family wealth should not determine access to housing, healthcare, education and the development of ability.
A minimum of housing, education and healthcare is considered so that every person has a real start.

Freedom to work and build
MATERRA does not propose a planned economy or equal incomes.
People remain free to create, work, trade, invest, compete, build businesses and enjoy the results of their effort.
Common rules protect rights and contracts, prevent fraud, violence and monopolistic capture, preserve ecological limits and provide a basic start.

Personal success, not hereditary power
People remain free to work, create, earn, build a company, own a home and live in a villa.
Parents pass on care, time, upbringing, knowledge and personal example — not money, real estate, shares or a business. Money may be invested only in the education system as a whole, which helps everyone learn according to ability.
Housing is not inherited. Children neither wait for their parents’ death nor receive the parental home: at 18, everyone receives individual basic housing and starter resources for an independent life and family.

Birth is not chosen. A future is.
Freedom means the power to shape a life without fear deciding in advance.
Borders may organize governments; they must not turn origin into a measure of human value.
A living governance model
Select a step to see how a public initiative can become a rule without hidden authority.

Its scope, purpose, evidence and expected consequences must be clear and testable.
Each member must explain its position, show calculations and respond to objections.
Every human and AI member votes. A reasoned objection sends the proposal back for revision instead of forcing it through.
Even a unanimous decision needs public reasons, independent review and a clear way to reverse harmful results.
If an AI manipulates, behaves incoherently or shows a systemic fault, the human Council members can vote to suspend it and restore its verified base settings.

A common inheritance
Natural wealth is finite. Its use must strengthen human development and restore the living systems on which everyone depends.
Land, water, energy and other essential resources require public rules of use and oversight so today’s income does not become tomorrow’s desert.

Unity is not uniformity
Difference expands the common world when dignity and curiosity replace fear.
Languages, beliefs, traditions and disagreement remain alive. What becomes common is the boundary: no difference gives anyone the right to take another person’s dignity, safety or future.

The victory that matters
Security is measured by ordinary life protected, not by destruction displayed.
Peace is not a pause between wars. It is the work of institutions and people who hear an objection before it becomes a weapon.
