Data we process¶
Public browsing does not require an account. Forms collect only the fields shown, plus limited security metadata needed to prevent abuse. Payment-card data is never received by MATERRA.
Purpose, retention and control¶
Form data is used only to answer the request, confirm participation or deliver the requested newsletter. Retention jobs remove expired personal data. A person may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form; legal preservation duties are documented when they apply.
Privacy-friendly visit statistics¶
The site counts page views and selected interface actions. It does not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, names, email addresses or message text in analytics. A random first-party identifier is converted into a new one-way hash each day and is used only to estimate unique visitors. The data is visible only to authorized administrators.
