Traceable sources¶
Claims prefer primary institutional or research sources. Each record names the publisher, URL, access date and the claim it supports. A link alone is not treated as proof.
Corrections¶
Factual errors are corrected promptly without silently erasing material changes. The correction identifies what changed and when. Disputed interpretations remain distinguishable from corrected facts.
